Article 1
For the comfort of horses, we accept riders up to 100 kg and 1m95 as a maximum
Article 2
The duration of horse rides is given as an indication, it may vary notably according to the pace adopted and the level of the riders. According to circumstances – such as weather conditions, incident, technical or safety requirements – the organizer of the horse ride may change the tours and their duration.
Article 3
We ask all our riders to be protected by a repatriating insurance
Article 4
Mobile phones and cameras are not recommended and are under their owner’s responsability. The organizer of the horse ride accepts no responsability in case of loss or break of these devices or valuable belongings.
Article 5
Several day Outings:
The rate is inclusive of :
• Horseback Riding with full board from D1 lunch to D2, 3 or 4 lunch according to the formula you chose
• Accomodation (Gest House or B&B) shared (4 persons) all long the duration of the horse ride
The rate is not inclusive of :
• Transport to get to the ranch and to leave
• Additional nights (to be paid on the spot)
• Personal expenses
• Any other service
• Optional Insurances
Article 6 – Payment
The customer books the horse ride by paying an account . The outstanding amount will be paid 15 days before the horse trek.
PRIVATE OUTINGS and EXCLUSIVE GROUPS OUTINGS are to be paid in advance.
Article 7 – Cancellation Conditions
In case of termination of the contract, the following measures will apply :
1/Two months before the scheduled date for the horse riding :
* Cancellation by the customer : his payment will be reimbursed to him minus fees of 15%
2/Except in case of absolute necessity definied by law (death, accident or disease requiring the hospitalization of the customer) :
* 45 days before the scheduled date of the horse riding : the organizer of the horse riding will keep 20% of the payment
* 30 days before the scheduled date of the horse riding : the organizer of the horse riding will keep 25% of the payment
* 15 days before the scheduled date of the horse riding : the organizer of the horse riding will keep 100% of the payment
* booking for a group: Making-up a group privatizes a horse riding consequently, any cancellation of one or several riders will not allow a reimbursement nor a discount.
3/ Cancellation by the organizer of the horse riding :
In case of bad weather conditions or problems stopping the use of horses or the guidance of the horse riding
- the organizer of the horse riding may postpone the date of the horse riding in accordance with the customer
- the organizer of the horse riding may cancel the horse riding and will reimburse the payment entirely to the customer
Article 8 – Right to one’s image
Riders or their accompanying persons may be individually or collectivly photograped during the activities proposed by the ranch
They accept the captation of their image, they irrevocably cede the right to the ranch to use their image for commercial purposes and notably for the promotion of the ranch activities, on his website, flyers and any existing or future format. Any person opposing the use of one’s individual image or one’s minor child must inform the ranch.
